And I've got the figures to go with it :) The period between the last of the Romans leaving (407AD) and the completion of the Saxon conquest of England (around the 7th century) is indeed a very fascinating and often overlooked era of the British Isles. And if there ever was an actual Arthur, chances are he lived there towards the beginning of the period.
